Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

• A confirmation email or receipt will be sent with booking details and check-in information.

2. Payments

• All payments to be made in full before upon booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 Hours before arrival will receive a full refund.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 Hours of arrival or for early departures.

4. Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £150 MUST be pre-authorised on your payment card 24 hours prior to your stay. This is not a charge and should not affect your available funds. The pre-authorisation will be released within 3–7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection and no damages being reported.

6. Age Policy

• All guests MUST be aged 15 and above. No under-15s permited on site.

House Rules

1. Quiet Hours

• Strict quiet hours are in effect from 11:00PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect fellow guests’ peace and privacy.

2. Occupancy

• Only the number of guests specified in the booking may occupy the property.

• No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior approval.

3. Hot Tub Use (if applicable)

• Use of the Hot Tub is at your own risk.

• Shower before entering the hot tub.

• No glass, alcohol, or food in the hot tub area.

• Maximum use is limited to 30 minutes per session.

• Do not use the hot tub after 11:00 PM.

4. Cleanliness

• Guests are expected to keep the accommodation clean and tidy.

• Please dispose of rubbish in designated bins and leave the property as you found it.

5. Smoking & Vaping

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.

• Use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarete ends responsibly, Please do not Vape or Smoke on the decking

6. Pets

We welcome well-behaved small dogs in our Delta lodge 3, to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable, clean, and relaxing stay. Please review the policy below before booking:

Allowed Pets

• Only small dogs are permitted – maximum 2 dogs per lodge
• Dogs must be under 10 kg (22 lbs) and no taller than 30 cm (12”) at the shoulder
• No other pets (e.g., cats, rabbits, exotic animals) are allowed
• No large dogs or aggressive breeds permitted

Pet Owner Responsibilities

• Dogs must be house-trained, flea-treated, and up to date with vaccinations
• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside the lodge
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the lodge or on the decking at any time
• Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately – bins are provided on-site
• Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture – please bring your own dog bedding or blankets

Fees and Charges

• A pet fee of £5 per dog, per night applies and will be added to your booking
• Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by their pets

Important Notes

            •           Parkside reserves the right to refuse or require removal of any dog that causes a nuisance or poses a risk to others

7. Fires & BBQs

• Open fires are not permited.

• BBQs are not permited.

8. Damage & Breakages

• Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.

• The cost of any excessive damage or cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit.

• Guests must comply with all safety instructions and fire procedures displayed on-site.

• Tampering with safety equipment (e.g., smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited. We aim to provide a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms and house rules.
