Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are only confirmed once the required payment has been received.

• A booking confirmation will be sent containing your reservation details and relevant arrival information.

2. Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated during the booking process.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Date Changes

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be given for early departures, late arrivals or failure to arrive.

• Requests to move a booking to alternative dates are at the discretion of Parkside Fishery, subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM.

• Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out is only permitted where agreed in advance.

5. Security Deposit

• A refundable £150 security deposit must be pre-authorised on your payment card approximately 24 hours before your stay.

• This is a pre-authorisation rather than a payment. The pre-authorisation will normally be released within 3–7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection and no outstanding damage, excessive cleaning or other charges.

• Failure to complete the required pre-authorisation may result in check-in being refused.

6. Age Policy

• All guests staying in Parkside Fishery accommodation must be aged 15 or over.

• Guests under the age of 15 are not permitted to stay in the accommodation or around the fishing lake.

House Rules

1. Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests and neighbouring accommodation.

2. Occupancy & Visitors

• Only the number of guests declared on the booking may occupy the accommodation.

• Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval from Parkside Fishery.

• Maximum occupancy for the accommodation must not be exceeded.

3. Hot Tub Use – Where Applicable

• Use of the hot tub is at the guest’s own risk.

• Guests should shower before entering the hot tub.

• No glass, food or alcohol is permitted in or immediately around the hot tub.

• For your safety, we recommend limiting hot tub use to 30 minutes per session.

• Hot tubs must not be used after 11:00 PM.

• Guests must follow all hot-tub safety instructions provided at the accommodation.

4. Cleanliness

• Guests are expected to leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

• Rubbish must be disposed of in the designated bins.

• Excessive cleaning requirements may result in an additional charge.

5. Smoking & Vaping

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

• Smoking and vaping are also prohibited on lodge decking.

• Cigarette ends must be disposed of responsibly in the appropriate outdoor receptacles.

6. Pets – Delta Lodge 3 Only

Small dogs are welcome in Delta Lodge 3 only, subject to the following conditions:

• Maximum 2 small dogs per booking.

• Dogs must weigh no more than 10 kg (22 lb) and measure no more than 30 cm (12 inches) at the shoulder.

• No other pets are permitted.

• Dogs must be house-trained, flea-treated and appropriately vaccinated.

• Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead when outside the lodge.

• Dogs must not be left unattended in the lodge or on the decking.

• Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately.

• Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture. Guests should bring suitable dog bedding.

• A pet fee of £5 per dog, per night applies.

• Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by their pets.

• Parkside Fishery reserves the right to require the removal of any dog that causes a nuisance or presents a risk to other guests, staff or animals.

7. Fires & BBQs

• Open fires are not permitted.

• BBQs are not permitted.

8. Damage, Breakages & Safety

• Any damage or breakages must be reported as soon as possible.

• Guests may be charged for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning attributable to their stay.

• Guests must comply with all safety instructions and fire procedures displayed on site.

• Tampering with smoke alarms, fire equipment or any other safety equipment is strictly prohibited.

• Serious or repeated breaches of these terms or house rules may result in the stay being terminated without refund.

9. Fishing & Carp Spawning

• Fishing is subject to lake conditions and the welfare of the fish at all times.

• Fishing is an additional charge and is not automatically included with accommodation unless specifically stated as part of an offer or booking package.

• Parkside Fishery reserves the right to temporarily close the lake to fishing where necessary for fish welfare, safety or carp spawning.

• If carp spawning occurs within 7 days before your scheduled stay and fishing will therefore be unavailable, you will be offered the opportunity to move your booking to an alternative available date.

• A temporary fishing closure due to carp spawning does not entitle the booking to cancellation or a cash refund.

• Alternative dates are subject to availability.

By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood and agree to comply with these Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions and House Rules.
